SWC (South Warwickshire Construction Ltd) was formed in 2009 by Jason Archer. With a history in electrics and property renovation, SWC then diversified into commercial development projects. Reece Colbourne joined the company in 2010 as a skilled tradesman and progressed to Site/Project Manager.
We pride ourselves on keeping to agreed schedules and remaining within budget. SWC specialise in operating in occupied buildings, causing a minimum amount of disruption to allow business to continue and run smoothly.
