Scope: Renovation of existing staff quarters to create 6 superior luxury bedrooms
The specification was to convert dated staff quarters to 8 superior rooms at this Best Western Hotel.
The business needed to continue to function as a busy spa hotel with minimum disruption to guests. The rooms were demolished, and new walls constructed, and the space divided into 8 spacious bedrooms with ensuites. The fit out to all the bedrooms and bathrooms was of a very high standard and bespoke finish.
