With a history in the Armed Forces (Royal Engineers), Reece has undertook construction work in various countries, Oman, Kenya & France.
This has given Reece the foundation to develop the skills to be a strong – pro active leader to empower his staff to take ownership of their work and mentoring to build cohesive teams.
