Having served his apprenticeship as an Electrician, Jason has quickly progressed and  gained a wealth of experience within the construction industry in many sectors including:-

He shows real drive and passion and prides himself on delivering a top class project, safely and to the clients satisfaction, often going above and beyond.

Reece Colbourne

Reece is an experienced Site/Construction Manager with a proven track record on both commercial and residential projects.  Providing high level strategic planning and operational control to build consistently improved business performance.

With a history in the Armed Forces (Royal Engineers), Reece has undertook construction work in various countries, Oman, Kenya & France.  This has given Reece the foundation to develop the skills to be a strong – pro active leader to empower his staff to take ownership of their work and mentoring  to build cohesive teams.

SWC (South Warwickshire Construction Ltd) was formed in 2009 by Jason Archer. With a history in electrics and property renovation, SWC then diversified into commercial development projects. Reece Colbourne joined the company in 2010 as a skilled tradesman and progressed to Site/Project Manager.
